The Body
Your physical self includes nutrition, movement, body work and sleep and rest. Eating healthy foods nourish the body while regular exercise, massage and aromatherapy detox and help to eliminate impurities and stimulate the immune system combined with adequate rest all of these elements help keep our bodies functioning at their optimal level.
The Mind
Your emotional self handles intellectual activity stress management, relationships, processing feelings and a willingness to heal the subconscious. Choosing activity that provide mental and intellectual stimulation is important along with taking some quiet time each day to stay centered. Working through past hurts and learning how to process negative feelings and face our past experiences and choices keeps our mental energy clear and positive.
The Spirit
Your spiritual self is about maintaing a strong connection with a higher power and your higher self. Whether it be through prayer, meditation, deep breathing, time in nature or music, it is important to connect daily. All forms of self expression like writing, dancing, singing or other artistic endeavors help to feed the soul.
