About Debbie Sherrick

Motivated by her own personal journey to healing and health, Debbie Sherrick is a certified Wellness Coach teaching people how to unite mind, body and spirit for a successful healthy life style. In addition to her wellness coaching, Debbie has 15 years experience as a personal fitness trainer and nutritionalist, and is an herbalist/health consultant and certified aromatherapist.

Debbie’s passion is to educate and encourage people to become healthy emotionally, physically, and at the same time, to develop a deep spiritual connection, in taking control of their own health. She is excellent at helping people reach a higher level of health.

Through individual coaching, classes, seminars and workshops, Debbie encourages and motivates client-generated strategies and solutions which help clients produce extraordinary results regarding wellness emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Debbie has lived in Boynton Beach, Florida for 31 years where she continues to empower people who are ready to truly be healthy in all areas of their lives. She is available for individual wellness coaching, personal fitness training programs, motivational speaking and various workshops. Debbie continues to educate herself and acquire more certifications on alternative and holistic health care.
